Title: Ginger, Mint and Honey Marinade for Lamb
Categories: Lamb Marinade
Yield: 1 Servings

1cFresh orange juice (about 2 oranges)
1/4cSoy sauce
1/4cHoney
2tbChopped fresh mint or 1 teaspoon dried
2tbFinely chopped fresh ginger or 1 teaspoon ground
3 Garlic cloves, minced
  Salt and freshly ground pepper

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour over lamb. Marinate at room temperature for at least 2 hours or refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before grilling. Yield: 1 1/2 cups.
